• You need this urgently - We do respond promptly to all website orders.  However, it is on a first come basis.  So, we recommend that you either visit us or call us at 954.572.0790 for all rush orders.  This way you will talk to one of us and will have a clear idea of what we are committed to do for you.  If this does not match your requirements or if you need to make some adjustments you are able to do so over the phone.  
• Your order is custom - It has a few critical aspects that you need done in a specific manner.  In such situations, calling us and discussing what you need will be a better option.
• You need the order to be made in sets. Although you need a set number of units, you need it made in variations - say a different cover for each set.  Any such specific instructions are best communicated in person or over the phone.
